Guest Responsibility Policy
At Kidz Indoor Playground, we strive to maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment for everyone. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we ask that you follow these important guidelines:

Waivers: All guests must complete and sign a valid waiver prior to entering the play area. For children under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver.​

Personal Belongings:

All personal belongings must be stored in a locker during your visit. Kidz Indoor Playground is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Items like eyeglasses, hearing aids, and other belongings should be stored securely while in the play area.

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Our staff is here to maintain a safe environment, but parental supervision is crucial.Rules Compliance:

All guests are expected to follow posted playground rules and the directions of staff members at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.

Bathroom Accidents:
If your child has a bathroom accident, please notify a staff member immediately. We are happy to assist in cleaning up to ensure the play area remains sanitary.
Please ensure your child uses the restroom before entering the play area to help prevent accidents.
Clean-Up:
We appreciate your help in keeping the playground tidy. Please dispose of trash in designated bins and report any messes or spills to our team.
Food & drinks:
Food and drinks must be consumed in designated areas like the front lobby and benches only. No food or drinks are allowed in the play zones to protect the cleanliness of our carpets and play equipment. If any food or drink spills occur, kindly notify a staff member so we can clean it up right away.

Ensure that your child is in good health and able to participate in activities. Please avoid bringing children who are ill. Report any injuries or incidents to staff immediately, no matter how minor.

No sharp objects, weapons, or dangerous items are allowed on the premises.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises. This includes all indoor and outdoor areas of the playground.

For the safety of all guests, no outside toys are permitted in the play areas.

Deep Cleaning: Every Tuesday morning, we deep clean our carpets and thoroughly sanitize all equipment to ensure a healthy environment for your children.

Socks Only Policy
At Kidz Indoor Playground, we require everyone to wear socks in the play area to ensure a clean and safe environment. Here’s why:

Germs & Bacteria: Shoes bring in dirt and harmful bacteria from outside. By wearing socks, we reduce the spread of germs, keeping the area safer, especially for babies crawling on the floor.

Protecting Babies: With little ones crawling, clean floors are essential. Socks help keep the play space sanitary for everyone.
